Results of the Special Awards: Asia Wine Trophy

Unlike other wine contests, only 30% of the tasted wines can be awarded (according to OIV rules). That means only the best products have the honour of receiving a Wine Trophy medal. This does not reduce the value of the rest of the products, but it does accentuate the prestige of the medal and the great honour that it represents to receive it.

Furthermore, we also grant the Special Awards. The Asia Wine Trophy – Special Awards aim is to highlight the best participants and wines of the contest. In other words, the Special Prizes represent the “jewel in the crown” and bring incalculable international recognition.

• Best Importer of Berliner Wein Trophy:
– at least 12 gold medals from at least 8 producers from 6 different countries

Best Specialist Trader

All the products awarded at the Wine Trophies will be considered in the reviews. Those categories where the minimum requirements have not been met will be ignored.
